About Charles Foster
Charles Foster is 58 years old and at the age of 45 he lost his wife of 25 years to cancer. Charles is a man who did not at first understand what he would do next and thought all was lost, but he discovered his purpose in life and survived his loss to move forward and find a reason to survive. Charles has survived, moved on and remarried and along with his wife Pam and their four children, they have a wonderful life. Charles shares his story and personal experiences of loss to help other men navigate the survival process in hopes he can help others avoid making his mistakes.
A professional photographer for over 32 years, losing his life partner who helped him build their business made moving forward a challenge. Because of unresolved feelings of guilt and sadness that kept him from seeing the joy of the future, he had to learn how to grieve, handle being alone, come to grips with his purpose in life and learn to survive.
